Business Analyst
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Business Analyst. Job responsibilities include:-Document the functionality of legacy human resource applications (PeopleSoft HCM) using recognized business analysis methods, and ITS standards and templates.-Validate legacy system functionality with technical and business subject matter experts.-Document and validate requirements for new functionality using ITS standards and templates.-Lead requirements sessions with ITS and business staff.-Effectively communicate business and process requirements to ITS and business staff, and Program leadership.-Develop test plans and other artifacts for QA and UAT.-Work with technical staff to complete fit / gap analyses (business needs vs delivered functionality) for legacy and new application capabilities.
