Responsibilities:- Efficient management of inbound calls and email correspondence to ensure smooth communication.
- Providing top-notch customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer credit records.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure optimal time management.
- Organizing travel arrangements and meetings to facilitate business operations.
- Assisting with event planning and preparation of meeting agendas.
- Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required. • Must possess strong skills in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
