Director of Regional Operations

This role is an integral part of our operations team and plays a key role in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Drive revenue by fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
• Oversee the administrative leads in various offices
• Deploy and implement firm-wide initiatives for enhancements on policy, procedures, and technology
• Integrate and train new team members, offices, and firms that join our team
• Provide firm-wide support for corporate initiatives implemented by the corporate operations team
• Collaborate with geo-leadership in performance review process for the administrative team
• Work closely with corporate facilities lead on firm buildouts, construction, and office moves
• Take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
• Utilize skills in 3M, ADP
• Financial Services, Chef, CRM, ERP
• Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Accounting Functions, and Budget Processes to perform duties effectively
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Minimum of 10-12 years of administrative/operational experience in a professional services environment, preferably with an accounting services firm.

Minimum of 5 years management experience of team of 7 or more people.

Must have at least a high school diploma and professional experience noted above.

Experience in the accounting industry is a plus.
