Client Services Intern

The Client Services Intern is focused on assisting PMs with daily tasks, process documentation, patient/provider communications, and coordination with various internal teams on project/program updates.
***Please note, this Internship will require the intern to reside within a commutable driving distance to our HQ office in Morrisville, North Carolina***.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Managers in navigating client-internal requirements related to program changes and updates
- Manage program collateral and communication pieces in accordance with client guidelines and specifications
- Gather and document business requirements for patient and provider communications and communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to internal functional areas
- Assist with the development of workflows and process documentation, with oversight from the Program Manager team
- Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate pharmacy escalations and collaborate with the Program Manager on resolutions
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with all internal functional areas
- Business or Healthcare major preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, OneNote)
- Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
Qualifications:
- Business or Healthcare major preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative team
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio, Word, One Note)
- Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills
