HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Growing Norcross based manufacturer seeks an experienced Human Resources Assistant. Bilingual Spanish preferred with a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have exceptional interpersonal skills with proven skills in onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities include:
- Recruitment efforts for hourly personnel, including writing & placing job ads.
- Creating and revising job descriptions.
- Developing and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Performing benefits and payroll administration
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Overseeing exit interview.
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings.
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Updating the company’s salary budget
- Developing the company’s evaluation program
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
