Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
On-Site Management: Initially manage the $6M renovation project from the office; transition to on-site for the $23M Pharmacy addition in West Haven for the first six months of this two-year project.
Team Coordination: Lead project teams, collaborating closely with field and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Client Engagement: Act as a primary client contact, ensuring a high level of communication and satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
Scheduling & Software Use: Utilize P6 for project scheduling and ensure project timelines are accurately maintained and adhered to.

The Successful Applicant

In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:

5+ years of experience building commercial or federal projects
Experience managing projects from start to finish
Excellent communication & time-management skills
Familiarity with Procore and P6
The ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
