Physical Therapist - Home Health Care
A leading home health provider in Basking Ridge, NJ (07920) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, permanent position. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Compensation:
- $42-$49 per hour (based on experience)
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.60/mile
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling between 8/9am-4/5pm
- Self-managed schedule based on patient availability
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive home-based evaluations
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
- Provide patient and family education
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans
- Apply pain management techniques
- Maintain effective communication with patients and healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Active NJ Physical Therapy license
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Experience with geriatric patients
- 2 years home health experience preferred (New grads welcome)
