Administrative Coordinator

Randstad has partnered with an equipment supplier in North Andover to assist with filling their open Administrative/Data Entry Coordinator opportunity. This position will be supporting a few different departments to ensure system accuracy and reliable communication.
The main functions of the role will be to enter orders, verify orders for shipment, notifying the internal teams of shipment details, and utilizing system information to estimate pallet counts. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.

This role is temporary with an anticipated duration of 3 months and potential to turn into a permanent opportunity with the organization.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Order entry and checks
  • Verify and update system with accurate pertinent information
  • Assist with putting together billing materials
  • Put together shipping details and send out communication to the team
  • Estimate pallet counts
  • Support the sales and operations teams
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of office administrative support experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, collaborative, and detail oriented skills
