My client is a family-owned General Contractor who does about $100M in annual revenue. Their project focus is in the healthcare and heavy industrial spaces. They pride themselves on growing and fostering lasting client relationships. They have been in business for 50 years and are looking to continue their success humbly in the market.This opening is for their healthcare group and will focus on servicing the main healthcare providers in the St. Louis area.
Job Description
Reporting directly into the VP of the company. The main duties and responsibilities of the Sr. Project Manager will include the following:
- Handle assigned projects from cradle to grave
- Review submittals and ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
- Participate in the proposal meetings and writing Scopes of Work
- Develop and foster strong client relationships
- Complete walk-throughs with field operations
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with General contractors and project team

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of relevant healthcare construction experience
- Both general contracting experience and owners representative experience considered
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Knowledge of trends and standard processes within the Building and Construction industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Ability to efficiently communicate between departments on projects life-cycle
- Base salary $125,000 - $145,000 dependent on experience
