Job Description:
We are seeking a Self Storage Associate to assist the Site Manager in day-to-day activities of recordkeeping, maintenance, clerical duties, and delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Self Storage:- Renting units, explain rental lease and insurance
- Performing complete collection duties as required
- Conducting site tours
- Assist customers in all issues that arise, all with top customer service in mind
- Enforcing security and overdue policies and procedures
- Opening and closing operations for the site
- Answering questions from customers and tenants
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the site and employee spaces
- Maintain the security of the site
- Problem solving
- Site lock up
- Other projects as assigned
