Territory Manager - ParkPlace

ParkPlace has a culture built around sacrifice, synergy, and where no single person is larger than holding a sign to help a car park.

We are currently looking for a Territory Manager who can lead a team of Sales Professionals. The pay is $40,000-$60,000 per year. We are quickly expanding and have teams stationed across the U.S., but you would be in charge of hiring and leading a team within Texas.

As a Territory Manager, you would have the opportunity to make an impactful difference for communities of homeowners, commercial lots owners, etc. by helping them make the most of the land that they own.

Territory Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, Sales, and Onboarding of clients
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations to prospective clients by understanding and analyzing their pain points
  • Immerses themselves in the existing parking ecosystem
  • Assesses markets to determine which ParkPlace solution to deploy
  • Reports call logs, strategic plans, results, and event analysis on an agreed-upon timeline
  • Collects data on existing parking inventory, consumer behavior, and unique market characteristics
  • Resolves customer qualms through investigation, strategic deployment of solutions, measuring results and reporting subsequent steps
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and participating in related community events
  • Outreach for lead generation from referrals and other creative methods
  • Provides organized record management on the ParkPlace CRM
Work Hours and Salary
  • Full-time hours
  • Salary ranges from $40k to $60k annually

Education, Experience, and Licensing requirements:

  • BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business preferred
  • Two to four years of industry sales experience

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
