Responsibilities:- Accurate processing of customer credit applications in a timely manner
- Maintaining precise records of customer credit
- Resolving customer inquiries effectively and promptly
- Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary
- Processing a high volume of invoices weekly
- Ensuring accurate 3-way matching of invoices
- Routinely performing account reconciliations
- Running checks as required
- Coding invoices accurately for entry into the system
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks
- Using Yardi for various tasks as needed. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential.
- Mastery of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is required.
- Experience with Check Runs is a must.
- Ability to handle Coding Invoices effectively is necessary.
- Strong Data Entry skills are required.
- Proficiency in Invoice Processing is a must.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.
- Experience with Yardi software is highly desirable.
