We are in search for a Receptionist to join our team. This role is based in Norfolk, Virginia, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support across the organization.
You will be handling administrative tasks, including managing the multi-line phone system, providing customer service, data entry, and email correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining a well-organized calendar.

- Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained, presentable, and welcoming to all visitors. • Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in answering a multi-line phone system is essential.
