Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on industry trends and company services to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
