• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with understanding our consulting services and real estate solutions.
• Resolve client issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
• Stay informed on industry trends and company services to provide knowledgeable support.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
