Chemical Operator

We're looking for a hands-on Chemical Operator that is ready to join our fast-growing team. This role specifically is for one of our fastest growing facilities in Fitchburg, MA.

About us, we're a well-established successful company with a strong history of success. We produce chemicals for a wide variety of industries throughout the US.

Your Tasks:

• Take in-process samples and test to verify the quality
• Record and track data
• Weigh and measure proper proportions and mixes ingredients
• Operate complex analytical test instruments
• Adjusts of equipment, temperature, and pressure or time cycle as needed
• Works with engineering and other technicians to deliver experimental materials
• Input data into a computer and generate reports
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills Required:

• Chemical processing and manufacturing experience preferred
• Mechanical or electronics experience desirable
• Ability to write and follow comprehensive procedures, some of which pertain to complex lab and analytical test equipment.
• Understand safety protocols
• Experience with Forklift a plus
