Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in the bustling location of Carlsbad, California. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the car rental industry.

• Greet and assist guests both in person and over the phone
• Facilitate the car rental process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all guests
• Handle customer inquiries about insurance options and rental processes
• Organize files and schedule appointments as necessary
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment
• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks
• Perform data entry tasks and email correspondence as required
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills while interacting with customers
• Answer a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate party. • Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system
• Demonstrated skills in customer service
• Experience with data entry
• Ability to handle email correspondence
