Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage picker/packer KPI's and ensure they are picking items on schedule
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize storage space.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, and customer service) to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage warehouse equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
