The RN Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist will perform daily clinical reviews of medical records, focusing on physician and clinical documentation. The Clinical Documentation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance.In this role, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals to enhance clinical documentation processes and ensure an accurate representation of patient conditions and treatment plans.
