We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in a location. This role involves inventory accounting within the commercial distribution industry. As a part of our team, you will be expected to provide support during month-end close, prepare journal entries, and handle account reconciliations among other duties.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring accurate inventory accounting within the company
Assisting in the preparation and execution of journal entries
Conducting account reconciliations as necessary
Facilitating the 3-way match process effectively
Managing and processing purchase orders
Utilizing Great Plains Accounting and Dynamics CRM in daily tasks
Performing tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP)
Handling bank reconciliations and maintaining General Ledger
Overseeing Fixed Asset Inventory and Inventory Reconciliation
Utilizing SAP for various accounting tasks. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Capability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately
Demonstrated experience with General Ledger management
Able to prepare and review Journal Entries
Experienced with Month End Close procedures
Must have knowledge of SAP software
Familiarity with Dynamics CRM is required
Proficiency in Great Plains Accounting software
Experience with Fixed Asset Inventory management
Understanding of Inventory Accounting principles
Experienced in conducting Inventory Reconciliation
