We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Assistant in Carrollton, Texas. As an Office Assistant, you will be involved in a range of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and office administration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently process customer credit applications
  • Maintain accurate customer credit records
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action
  • Assist in setting sales appointments and follow up on internet lead sites
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain electronic filing/organization of files
  • Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create and manage spreadsheets
  • Contribute to accounts receivable tasks and perform reconciliation as needed
  • Utilize CRM for entering contract details and other relevant information
  • Handle telephone orders and assist customers as necessary
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on sales appointments and facilitate sales closure.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience in creating Banner Ads
  • Proficient in various Computer Programs
  • Skilled in the use of CRM software
  • Knowledge of About Time software
  • Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
  • Ability to perform Billing Functions
  • Experience in Clerical Duties
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish Language
  • Experience in Office Administration tasks
