Job description/ Responsibilities: Lead and support technical design and architecture for all solutions being built on the ServiceNow platform including integrations.
Assist with gathering functional requirements, estimations and defining technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design. Hands-on experience in Design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Understand business process, including systems and integrations. Evaluate and troubleshoots incidents from process and systems perspective. Verify and own issue resolution, including coordination & communication. Resolve incidents that are configuration/data related.
Coordinate with other teams as required. Root cause analysis for critical incidents. Maintain run books and SOPs. Documentation updates and maintenance of knowledge artifacts, design documents and architecture diagrams Requirements / Qualifications: Hands on experience on ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM.
