Required Qualifications:

Strong Kronos Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on TLM and Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, Scheduling, and Device Management modules respectively.
Experience configuring these policies from scratch based on business requirements, and experience adapting existing system configuration to meet new requirements.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Time and Attendance or Payroll systems.
Experience troubleshooting users’ technical issues with time and attendance or payroll systems.
5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
Experience interacting with business users, ability to collect requirements, create business requirements documents and functional specification documents for system improvements.
Experience working closely with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Domain expertise in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance.
Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis, and validation.
