Job Description

Oversee and manage new product development projects from concept to completion
Implement and optimize manufacturing processes and techniques
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material selection and procurement
Conduct analysis and root cause investigations for manufacturing issues
Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and new product development
Strong project management skills
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to process carbide/ceramic parts
Strong GD&T skills

What will set you apart:

Knowledge of powder processing or carbide manufacturing, highlighted with sintering and pressing experience/knowledge
Bilingual English/Spanish
