Receptionist | Country Club of Asheville

Overview:

Country Club of Asheville is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is essential to the overall member experience, acting as the concierge to all club operations. Working as part of the Administrative team, this position will be a friendly contact for all Country Club of Asheville members and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Greets each member and guest upon arrival and departure.
• Acts as concierge for all club operations.
• Answers phones in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Uses company software to book reservations.
• Assists in making reservations.
• Maintain active knowledge of club events and programming.
• Advises members and guests about attire
• Takes messages for members who may be on the course.
• Assists with special promotions and sales.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service retailing experience.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Enthusiastically promote Country Club of Asheville
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.

• Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
• Frequent repetitive motions.

Salary Range: USD $10.00 - USD $13.00 /Hr.
