We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-time HR Intern - Benefits Specialist who’s ready to learn, grow, and have fun while doing it! Job Duties and Responsibilities: :

Be the Go-To for Benefits Questions
  • - Help employees with their benefits inquiries—whether it's about health insurance, retirement plans, or leave policies.
  • Share your knowledge and provide quick, accurate answers. And if it’s tricky, you’ll work with our HR pros to get it sorted!
Support Compliance (and Keep Us in the Clear!)
  • - Get involved in making sure we’re staying compliant with important policies and regulations (think COBRA, ACA, FMLA).
  • Assist with audits and reporting, helping us keep everything organized and up-to-date.
Help Spread the Word
  • - Be a communication rockstar! Help draft and send out email updates on benefits, open enrollment, and more.
  • Manage email lists and assist with benefit-related announcements that keep our employees informed.

Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience)::

  • Currently working on or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks (and maybe some fun team challenges!).
  • Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)—bonus points if you already know your way around an HR system.

Preferred But Not Required:

  • Previous experience in HR or employee benefits is awesome, but not a dealbreaker. We’ll help you learn!
  • A passion for helping others and an eagerness to grow your HR knowledge.
