education: Bachelors

• Review and reconcile approximately 40+ General Ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare monthly supplier bank reconciliations and assist with financial report closings.
• Perform quarterly corporate reporting and ad hoc division reporting.
• Analyze and track all incentive and sales commission programs.
• Maintain and process payments, bill back, and revenue reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis for monthly expenses against prior years and budgets.
• Post journal entries and prepare financial statements as needed.
• Reconcile and review gross profit ledger postings.
• Support payroll with incentive processing and ensure proper bill backs to suppliers.
• Provide analysis reports for management and maintain accurate records for incentives and payments.
