About Our Client
Our client is a General Contractor working for a Developer in Sint Maarten. They have been retained to build multifamily and resort projects.
Job Description- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to develop architectural designs and plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements.
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications using CAD / REVIT
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the selection of materials and building systems that meet sustainability standards.
- Manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Experience working for a General Contractor is a plus
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of structural and civil engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to move to Sint Maarten
