Job Description

The Commercial Project Manager's key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals
  • Creates and reviews project schedules
  • Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Project Manager should have the follow:

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working on projects over $3M+ in the commercial space
  • Construction related degree
  • Proficient in Procore and MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
