Our client is a well established General Contractor in Indianapolis. • Oversee all aspects of site construction from project initiation to punch list completion.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and/or Interns as assigned.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are documented and maintained to provide a safe working environment for all parties.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Document all job site activities through daily reports, including photographs.
• Maintain strong relationships with local inspectors and code enforcement officials.
• Obtain all necessary inspections to secure final permit sign-offs and certificates of occupancy.

• Experience in ground-up projects within K-12 or Higher Education sectors.
• Experience in Healthcare, Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, and Mixed-use projects is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience with excellent communication skills; highly organized, motivational, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to evaluate staff strengths and weaknesses, and provide training to enhance personnel.
• Disciplined and organized thinker.
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude.
