Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning systems to streamline and integrate financial processes.
• Develop and manage the company's annual budget and ensure all departments adhere to it.
• Conduct regular auditing for financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and manage budget processes to monitor expenditures and income.
• Use knowledge of CPG and Manufacturing Cost Accounting to make informed financial decisions.
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Proven track record in a senior finance role within the manufacturing industry
• Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Strong knowledge and experience in all accounting functions
• Ability to develop, monitor and control annual budgets
• Experience in auditing and the ability to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
• Understanding of budget processes within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced degree preferred
