Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Engaging with customers and business partners via telephone and email to address inquiries and provide support.
- Issue Resolution: Handling customer complaints professionally, diagnosing problems, and implementing effective solutions.
- Delivery Monitoring: Overseeing the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Order Processing: Managing changes or cancellations to delivery orders, ensuring accurate and efficient updates.
- Documentation: Scanning haul-away pods, verifying stamps, and maintaining accurate records to support operational efficiency
