HRIS Analyst

We are on the lookout for an HRIS Analyst to join our team in CENTENNIAL, Colorado, 80112-3841, United States. This role involves a combination of HRIS tasks and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct HRIS tasks, making up the majority of the role.
• Carry out data analysis tasks.
• Communicate effectively within the team and across other departments.
• Use HiBob HRIS system to manage and analyze HR data, if possible.
• Utilize skills in ADP
• Financial Services, ATS
• Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Core Hr, HCM, About Time, Benefit Functions, Business Process Functions, Compensation Administration, Documentation, and HRIS Analysis.
• Work closely with the team and other departments to ensure accurate HR data management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS system strategies.
• Handle HRIS related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure HR data privacy by following the industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular reports on HR data as per the company needs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a related role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and Core HR systems
• Familiarity with HCM and About Time software
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions and Business Process Functions
• Experience in Compensation Administration
• Strong skills in Documentation and HRIS Analysis
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
