Senior Project Manager- In Bay - Robert Half

We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Senior Project Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing account and project staff, maintaining facility procedures, and establishing excellent customer relations.

• Lead the effective execution of briefs by coordinating with creative teams
• Apply a comprehensive understanding of design, print production, and prepress in each area of Creative Services
• Maintain constant communication with clients and production to establish project milestones and track schedules
• Monitor client budgets and ensure their accuracy and timeliness
• Attend and lead client meetings, production, and project management status calls, bringing in relevant resources from Creative Services as necessary
• Keep clients informed proactively about project status
• Conduct regular reviews of processes to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and gaps
• Engage with other leaders within the site/creative platform to ensure best practices are being followed
• Strategize with clients to deliver services that will attract and retain customer loyalty
• Enter and track high volumes of data related work components and updates to the project tracking system
• Train, mentor, and lead project managers, entry level staff, and new employees as required
• Perform invoicing and forecasting on a pre-set deadline
• Ensure all deliverables' deadlines are met for all individuals and parts involved in the process
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in CRM.
• Demonstrated proficiency in budget processes is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for effective team and client interactions.
• Experience with creative services in the printing/publishing industry is vital.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is expected.
• Must have experience with Pop Displays in a retail setting.
• Extensive knowledge of print production processes and techniques is a must.
• Understanding of digital advertising strategies and tools is required.
• Prior experience working in or with a digital agency is preferable.
