Accounting & Business Planning Manager
Randstad Finance & Accounting (Tatum) has an automotive manufacturer client located in Jackson County, GA seeking an Accounting & Business Planning Manager. The Accounting-BP Manager will not only oversee the accounting and BP department but also be actively involved in operations such as cost accounting and creating standard costs.
Given the company's size, the role requires both managerial oversight and direct involvement in accounting tasks.

responsibilities: Below are the tasks which this position will need to implement monthly, quarterly, annually with its associates.
Accuracy and complying with these deadlines are required.
Active involvement in operation will be necessary in case these accuracy and deadlines are to be affected.- Policy Management

- Inventory Management (Inventory Count)
- TICO/TINA report for its financial consolidation
qualifications: Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience leading an Accounting team using CSA or a similar MRP system- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills that enable them to act as a liaison, coordinating between head office, affiliated companies, and various internal departments.
- Candidates with a strong sense of ethics and compliance are highly desired.
- CPA qualification
- Experience implementing and providing training of a new ERP system.
- Infor Cloud Suite Automotive (CSA) ERP system experience.
- Accounting and BP experience in a small or start-up company.
(Understands the overall picture and has acted as a SV or an associate of Accounting and BP. Has a motivation to act as a SV or an associate when necessary)
Must live within 45 minutes of the plant.
This is not a remote work situation. Position is on-site, 5 days per week.
This position will not have direct reports immediately, but is expected to grow.
At some point will have some remotely based associates in Novi, Michigan.
Travel to Indiana and Michigan will be a requirement.
It will not be constant travel, ~10%, but more heavy in the start-up phase.
