Radiologic Imaging Specialist (Interventional)
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960Schedule: 2 Full-Time Employees (FTEs) with a 5-day work schedule; varying shifts including on-call weekends and weekdays.
Job Summary:Join a multidisciplinary team of radiologists and proceduralists as a Radiologic Imaging Specialist (Interventional). This role will involve assisting in complex diagnostic and interventional procedures, specializing in vascular and neurovascular systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures using fluoroscopic equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during complex procedures.
- Administer and monitor contrast media injections.
- Assist with sterile setup and maintain sterile technique during all procedures.
- Document patient data and imaging outcomes in EMR and PACS systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in interventional radiology.
- Proficient with fluoroscopic imaging systems.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- NJ state radiographic licensure and ARRT certification.
- BLS certification required.
