Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator Job:
- Plan and execute shopper marketing and consumer promotions across accounts.
- Manage program budgets, track costs, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
- Set up and track shopper marketing promotional programs in internal systems and retailer portals.
- Assist with coupon requests, set-up, and targeted digital offers for marketing initiatives.
- Generate reports, program evaluations, and campaign wrap-ups for shopper marketing efforts.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on marketing program statuses.
- Support ad hoc planning sessions for marketing campaigns and shopper marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma & Associate’s Degree (or equivalent).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5-10+ years of professional experience, ideally in shopper marketing or consumer goods marketing.
- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting sales and execution in a shopper marketing capacity preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with retailer portals and systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $33.00 per hour
