Research Analyst

The role will also involve tracking team deliverables and creating reminders for upcoming deadlines.

• Provide comprehensive data compilation and organization for Construction Customer Meter Services and Field Operations reporting.
• Perform data analysis and generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports.
• Scrub data through research using various internal systems and external public databases.
• Maintain a system of tracking due dates for various team deliverables and set reminders as deadlines approach.
• Work independently on extensive data scrubbing projects.
• Interpret information and analyze relationships among several parts of a problem or situation, articulating findings that lead to resolution.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Demonstrated proficiency in Reporting, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions and data visualization tools.
• Strong Planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Significant experience in Research, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Familiarity with Database management and maintenance.
• Proven ability in Data Analysis, including interpretation and presentation of data.
• Knowledge of Construction industry is preferred.
• Skilled in Research Analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Experience in creating comprehensive Deliverables on a consistent basis.
• Familiarity with Ad Hoc Reporting, and the ability to create custom reports as needed.
• Fluency in at least one additional language for Language Interpretation tasks.
• Proven competency in Compilation of data from multiple sources.
• Experience in Field operations is an asset, particularly within a research context.
