Responsibilities
  • •Conducting interviews for recertifications.
  • Handling inbound calls and answering queries.
  • Ensuring all necessary documents are filed appropriately.
  • Entering relevant data into our system.
  • Supervising the front desk operations.
  • Overseeing Section 8 housing assistance programs.
  • Administering tax credits and HUD programs.
  • Maintaining a detail oriented environment at all times.
  • Conduct daily front desk duties such as answering phones and emails, processing files, and updating work orders.
  • Responsible for interviewing clients for affordable housing recertifications and regularly interacting with residents.
  • Must have prior work experience in affordable housing, Section 8, tax credit, recertification, and/or HUD.
  • Display strong and professional customer service skills, particularly in high-stress situations, with impressive digital proficiency.
  • Passing a background check is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with OneSite software would be advantageous.
