For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst, remotely from Texas, US.
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will manage key financial processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly projections, to support the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making.Your role will be essential in identifying performance improvement opportunities, maintaining financial forecasts, and ensuring accurate reporting, helping shape the company's long-term financial strategy.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the annual budgeting process and update forecasts regularly.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and general managers to maintain a rolling 12-month Net Revenue forecast.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances, offering insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic recommendations and modeling for growth opportunities.
- Ensure financial reporting accuracy and identify potential discrepancies with the help of the Controller and CFO.
- Strong working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, with experience in finance for insurance tech companies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and utilizing FP&A platforms (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Sage).
- Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and experience with financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
