- Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Finance
- MBA/PGDBM/CFA or any equivalent degree in Finance is desirable
- 10+ years of experience in TSYS (TS2)
- 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments
- Familiar with offshore delivery model
Roles & Responsibilities:
About the Role:
As a Principal Consultant at Wipro, you’ll be responsible for liaising and bridging the gap between customer and technology teams to comprehend and analyze customer requirements in the Retail Credit Cards domain and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.You will play a strategic role in shaping the roadmap for Retail, Merchant Credit Cards (TSYS) for the customer. You will be involved in understanding the different applications present in the customer’s domain area, understand the challenges faced by customer and come up with solutions.
You will be a key contributor and innovator while providing a strong consulting experience in Credit Cards. You will be responsible for developing a holistic strategy to test the conversion program.
Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to):
- Understand the existing offerings of the customer and provide subject matter expertise to scope and deliver the target state business and technology architecture
- Play the role of a Principal Consultant within Credit Cards (TSYS)
- End to end delivery of book of work within the assigned project(s)/work stream(s), in agile/waterfall methodology
- Liaise with business, other vendor teams and stakeholders
- Develop a holistic approach to test conversion program
- Lead QE team and train in Credit Cards domain
- Understanding of QA principles (tracking, analysing, reporting, problem resolution and training)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experienced in tracking risks & dependencies
- Good in stakeholder communication, status reporting
- Experience in co-ordination with multiple teams
- Identify all the affected applications and interfaces and perform a stakeholder analysis
Required Qualifications:
- This position is located in Mount Laurel NJ, United States. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
- Overall experience : 12-15+ years with knowledge of TSYS(TS2) is must
- Direct, hands-on functional or technical experience in TSYS Transaction management, Cards Account Management.
- Should have hands on experience in IBM Mainframes, HP NonStop
- Should have experience in acquisition, fulfillment, payments, disclosures modules of TSYS
- Should know the difference between Credit & Debit cards processing, Acquisition, Payment flows
- In-depth knowledge of Credit Cards Domain, should have worked in at least one major Credit cards conversion program.
- Strategic problem solving skills required, experience of working with Nordstrom and Conversion Strategist role would be a plus.
- Understanding of QA Management Principles (tracking, analyzing, reporting, problem resolution and training)
- Proven experience to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced remote-based environment
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing, Customer Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Validation; provide post-implementation support for new initiatives, upgrades and projects
- Support local teams in building and growing client relationships and maintaining a strong client relationship through delivery excellence.
- Work closely with the Business Lead/PO and/or User representatives to ensure that solution is designed to meet the business needs
- Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, JTMF
