Job Description

Oversee daily site operations and ensure the project progresses according to the schedule
Manage subcontractors and coordinate various trades on-site
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Maintain project documentation and report progress to the project management team
Ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
Utilize Procore software for project management (experience with Procore is preferred but not required)

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on brownstone renovations
Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the construction team and multiple trades
Excellent communication skills to liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site
Familiarity with project management software, Procore is a plus
Experience with other types of projects such as mixed-use, retail, medical facilities, and corporate offices is a bonus
