Lead CNC Machinist

We are seeking a Lead 2nd Shift CNC Machinist for a manufacturing company in Berlin, CT. The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience doing full set ups on 3 or 5 (or both) axis CNC machines. Previous lead experience preferred but not required.
This person will be doing full set ups on CNC machines (must have prior experience). Some program knowledge is needed as well. This person must be able to start working on 1st shift for a couple months, then move to 2nd shift once the shift is fully staffed.

salary: $73,000 - $93,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Lead a team of CNC Operators on 2nd shift (will start on first for 2-3 months then move to 2nd and be the lead person)
Set up and operate CNC 3 and 5 Axis CNC Milling machines
Edit programs at machine
Use Fanuc Controls
Use precision measurement gauges to check parts
