Investment Middle Office Operations Specialist

salary: $21.9 - $22 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities- Manage daily incoming mail specifically for this department
- Manipulate large data by utilizing advanced Excel skills
- Analyze large data amounts flowing into the internal database
- Identify, update, and resolve discrepancies to servicers
- Monitor large dollar amounts of investment pools to determine non-compliance
- Communicate findings to investors
- Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements
- Interact with other departments as needed
- Research and interpret all controlling legal documents as issues arise with life insurance investments
- Work full-time on-site for the 1-2 months to interact, meet, and learn from others; then move to work onsite 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week
