Responsibilities- Design and develop RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize existing API performance and scalability for growing user demand.
- Implement security and data protection measures in API design and development.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks like Node.js, Express, Django, or similar.
- Strong understanding of database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with API design principles and experience working with RESTful API architectures.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and excellent problem-solving skills.
