Job Description

Senior Project Manager

  • Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a variety of construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for project management and documentation.
  • Implement new technologies as needed to improve project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in project execution.

The Successful Applicant

Senior Project Manager - Commercial/ Residential - Augusta, ME - Will have
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up projects.
  • Design-build experience is a plus.
  • Diverse project background in commercial, municipal, residential, and historical preservation.
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Sage Timberline).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (up to $140,000 for exceptional candidates).
