Human Resources Manager - III (Senior)
You will implement HR policies, support supervisors in managing employee performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute company-wide initiatives. Additionally, you'll oversee new hire onboarding, drive inclusion, manage Workers Compensation, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities- Provide HR solutions for teams and individuals in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with HRSC and VP of HR on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and talent acquisition.
- Implement and communicate HR policies with employees, unions, and management.
- Advise supervisors on performance management, coaching, and feedback.
- Partner with agencies and leadership to improve processes and relationships.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives in Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Lead the onboarding process and support change management.
- Assist with annual performance reviews and talent calibrations.
- Manage FMLA, STD, FLSA, and Workers Compensation issues.
- Provide HR support for the Connecticut plants.
- Support employees and supervisors with HR-related needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
