Wage:$15.50 an hour

Mechanicsburg Home & Garden is hiring part time, seasonal Casual Furniture Delivery Driver team members. The position requires flexible availability, Monday through Friday, beginning in April.

Responsibilities:

Our goal is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by greeting with a smile and thanking them.

Essential job functions include (but not limited to):

Drives vehicles in a safe, and courteous manner, driving "defensively" at all times.
Drives truck to deliver such items as plant materials, bulk and bagged mulch, concrete, stone and other related products, loading and unloading the truck.
Cleans inside of truck and performs routine maintenance.
Provide exceptional service to customers
Assist with keeping department clean, well organized and well supplied
Other duties may be assigned based on company/department need

Qualifications:

Valid Class "C" PA Drivers License.
Ability to successfully complete DOT Physical and Drug Test as required according to DOT regulations.
The employee must regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
The employee must be 18 years old.
