We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Batavia, New York. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service, managing client communication, and maintaining accurate records in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls and handling client inquiries.
  • Contact clients to collect their tax documents upon completion.
  • Assist clients at the service window, providing them with their packets and ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Scan client driver's licenses during pick-up for record-keeping purposes.

  • Apply clerical skills to ensure smooth operation of the reception area. • Demonstrable experience in clerical duties is a must for the role.
  • Candidate should have proficiency in handling switchboards, preferably with 1-10 lines.
  • Proficiency in email archiving is also required for the role.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
