Overview:
This is a hybrid position, which includes remote work and in-office attendance.
Must be located in PA, NJ, DE, MD, or VA.
Must be a service veteran with honorable discharge or an active service member currently on reserve and/or available to meet all employment requirements.
Our 6-month Military Internship Program is a paid internship program that helps veterans' and service personnel transition back into the workforce. Our program provides Military Interns with on-the-job experience in the banking and financial services industry.An internship with Fulton Bank provides opportunity to explore your career interests, while helping you gain valuable insights into the working life at Fulton. Under close supervision with a designated Supervisor, you will be responsible for observing the policies and procedures within a specific area/department of the Bank, while acquiring knowledge through on-the-job training and building essential skills.
In addition, Interns have the opportunity to build their professional network, grow through professional development opportunities, give back to the community, engage with other Fulton Bank Interns, and connect with other employees through our Employee Resource Groups.

- Hybrid: includes remote work and in-person attendance at our office(s) in the Lancaster, PA area, including the Administrative Services Center (1695 State Street East Petersburg, PA) and Corporate Headquarters (1 Penn Square Lancaster, PA).
- Must express a willingness to attend Internship Program events (mileage reimbursement offered).
- Relocation package/support is not offered for this position.
- Work Hours: Ideal candidate is able to work full-time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Flexible work hours or shifts will be considered in order to meet the needs of academic or military requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Assists in a wide range of opportunities with tasks in their assigned department.
- Performs assigned duties in designated department to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for successful performance.
- Completes progress reports in Internship Program and gives feedback about program to Manager and Talent Acquisition team. Management feedback must indicate satisfactory progress to remain in Internship Program.
- A Military Intern may participate in Career Training/Education as needed, as well as, professional development and networking events.
Scope of Work:
The ideal IT Solutions Development SharePoint Intern demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to pick up technical skills/tasks quickly, attention to detail, high pattern recognition, a sense of urgency, and is viewed as a ‘go-getter- operating with enthusiasm and excitement for the role. Responsibilities include:
- Providing hands-on learning opportunities working alongside seasoned developers, on various projects and initiatives as assigned, including but not limited to: coding, developing, testing, troubleshooting, break/fix, debugging, etc.
- Working with SharePoint, Project Server Developers, and Support Analyst to provision sites, and satisfy support requests.
- Troubleshooting Power Apps, DevOps, SharePoint, and Nintex solutions.
- Developing basic to intermediate Nintex development skills to satisfy requests for basic enhancements and support.
- Providing training with end users, investigate tickets and document in RemedyForce.
- Providing training with end users, investigate user stories and document in Azure DevOps.
- Converting web pages from classic to modern SharePoint and a drive to learn development in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate for SharePoint.
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience- Must be a service veteran with honorable discharge or an active service member currently on reserve and/or available to meet all employment requirements. Documentation will be required upon offer.
- 0 to 6 months should not have completed more than one (1) continuous year of employment in a previous Fulton internship.
- Experience requirements will align to the needs of the assigned department, however strong communication skills are required.
Preferred:
- Specific course of study is not required. However, an interest and/or background in IT is preferred.
- Ideal candidate has a general technical background, is considered to be a team player but also works well independently, demonstrates a positive outlook, and can effectively multitask/handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Looking for a self-starter with demonstrated initiative looking to advance in their career, proven leadership abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.

This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges on all job postings regardless of state. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry.
The hourly rate for this temporary position is $18.
