Commercial HVAC/R Service Technican - Orlando

For a great customer in the Orlando, FL area, we are looking for a Commercial HVAC service technician.

Our technicians are also able to perform sales of equipment and parts when on the job. The sales of parts and equipment is commission based on top of the salary.

You will become part of a highly motivated team of technicians who take a lot of pride in their work.

Are you the technician we are looking for?

This is a Temp to Hire position where you will be working through Absolute Solutions for the first 105 days before you get hired on full time by our customer.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC (HVAC/R)
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the trade.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to handle physical workload and move around easy.
• Flexible
• Maintain a professional appearance, clean cut.
• Being able to work with computer and smart phone

Must have:

• Being able to pass a background check
• Being able to pass a drug test
• Clean driving record
